Do you sell to first-time buyers with no existing line?
Yes. A significant part of our business is greenfield installations — no existing equipment, starting from a silo or bulk bag input. We will ask more questions upfront and include more detail in the commissioning documentation.
Can I get a price without sending full specifications?
We can give a budget range for standard configurations based on machine type and capacity. A firm quotation requires material data and bag specification. Prices vary significantly by configuration — a budget number without specs is often misleading.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard configurations: 30 to 45 days from order confirmation. Custom builds or high-capacity multi-spout lines: 60 to 90 days. We confirm lead time in writing with every quotation.
Do you offer on-site installation support?
Remote video commissioning is included at no charge with every machine. On-site support is available for complex turnkey lines or where the customer requires it — quoted separately based on location and scope.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers or repeat orders, we discuss extended terms. All major currencies accepted. LC accepted for large orders.
Can you supply CE-certified machines for the European market?
Yes. Every machine ships with a full CE technical file, declaration of conformity, and all documentation required for EU customs clearance. We have supplied machines to Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Italy.
