Tell us your material, target bag weight, and required output. We will tell you honestly whether we have the right machine — and quote you direct from the factory within 48 hours.
Who We Are
15 Years. 60+ Countries. No Middlemen.
We have been designing and manufacturing automatic bagging equipment since 2009. In that time we have shipped machines to grain processors, cement plants, chemical producers, and food manufacturers across more than 60 countries — from Egypt and India to Vietnam, West Africa, and South America.
We do not operate through distributors or agents. Every enquiry reaches an applications engineer who knows the product line. Every quote is written by someone who has seen the material type before. That is not a positioning statement — it is how the company is structured.
We build nine machine categories: liquid fillers, automatic granule baggers, powder packers, quantitative scales, cement rotary packers, valve bag systems, open-mouth bag fillers, animal feed lines, and complete turnkey packaging systems.

How We Approach Every Order
We Ask About Your Material Before We Quote
Bulk density, particle size, flowability, abrasiveness, moisture sensitivity, temperature — we ask about all of it before recommending a machine type. Most bagging problems do not start with the machine. They start with a mismatch between machine design and material behaviour. We have seen enough of them to ask the right questions first.
We Turn Down Orders That Will Not Work
If the machine you are asking for is not suited to your application, we will tell you — and decline the order if there is no suitable alternative. This is not a policy we are proud of for its own sake. It is the only honest way to operate when a mismatched machine will fail within months and damage both parties.
Direct Engineering Contact Throughout
You communicate with engineers, not account managers. The person who answers your technical question is the same discipline that specified the machine. After installation, you have direct access to maintenance support — not a ticketing system. Remote video commissioning is included at no charge on every order.
Full Documentation on Every Order
Every machine ships with a complete technical file, CE declaration of conformity, operation and maintenance manual, electrical schematics, spare parts list with manufacturer part numbers, and a commissioning checklist. Not as an add-on. As standard.
Certifications and Compliance
CE Certified
Full technical file, risk assessment, and declaration of conformity issued with every machine. Compliant with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and applicable EN standards.
HACCP Compliant
Contact surfaces on food-grade lines use 304 stainless steel as standard. GMP-grade 316L stainless available for pharmaceutical applications. Surface finishes and cleanability documented.
ATEX Available
Explosion-proof configurations available for flammable powders and dusts. ATEX Zone 21/22 rated electrical components and earthing systems specified where the application requires it.
21 CFR Part 11
Pharmaceutical packaging lines can be supplied with audit trail, electronic batch records, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant HMI software for regulated production environments.
Industries We Build For
We have built machines for most dry and liquid bulk materials. These are the industries where we have the deepest installed base and the most application-specific product variants.
Grain, Flour and Animal Feed
HACCP-compliant lines handling wheat flour, maize, rice, and compound feeds from 1 kg to 50 kg bags. Gentle product handling to prevent degradation on fragile pellets.
Cement and Dry Mix Mortars
Purpose-built rotary packers with hardened Mn steel wear liners, sealed bearing housings, and integrated dust collection. Designed for cement duty, not adapted from general powder fillers.
Chemicals and Fertilisers
Corrosion-resistant and ATEX-rated configurations for aggressive or flammable materials. Chemical-duty seals, earthing systems, and appropriate material contact surfaces throughout.
Pharmaceuticals
GMP-grade 316L stainless steel, 21 CFR Part 11 compliant HMI, CIP/SIP-capable designs. Cleanroom-compatible configurations for controlled environments.
Liquids and Pastes
Filling machines for 50 ml to 30 L containers. Gravity, piston, peristaltic, and flow-meter filling heads selected by viscosity and product characteristics.
Minerals and Building Materials
Valve bag and open-mouth fillers for sand, gypsum, fly ash, calcium carbonate, and lime. High-capacity lines from 600 to 1,800 bags per hour.
