The Process, Step by Step

Most enquiries move from submission to confirmed technical proposal within 5 to 7 business days. Complex custom builds take longer — we will tell you why and by how much.

01

You Submit Your Requirements

Use the enquiry form on our Contact page or send us a direct email. Include your material type, target bag weight, required output (bags per hour), bag format, and any site constraints — electrical supply, floor space, hazardous area classification. The more detail you provide at this stage, the faster and more accurate our response will be.

If you are unsure what to include, we have a short specification guide on the Contact page. You do not need drawings or a formal RFQ to start — a plain description of the application is enough to begin the conversation.

02

An Applications Engineer Reviews and Contacts You

Within one business day, an applications engineer reads your submission and contacts you directly — by email or video call, whichever you prefer. This is not a sales call. The purpose is to ask the technical questions your submission may not have covered: bulk density, flowability data, particle size distribution, moisture content, whether the material has been tested in a similar machine before.

At this stage we may also tell you that we do not have the right machine for your application. If that is the case, we will explain why and, where possible, point you toward a more suitable solution. We would rather lose an enquiry than sell a machine that will underperform.

03

Requirements Are Confirmed in Writing

Once the engineer has a complete picture of the application, we issue a written summary of the agreed specification: machine type, configuration, bag weight range, target throughput, accuracy requirements, material handling features, and any site-specific adaptations discussed. You review and confirm this document before we proceed to quotation.

This step prevents the most common source of project problems — a gap between what the customer expected and what was quoted. It adds one working day to the process and eliminates most post-delivery disputes.

04

We Submit a Detailed Technical Proposal

The formal quotation includes machine model and configuration, detailed technical specification, dimensional drawing, electrical specification, CE compliance statement, lead time, price (EXW factory), and recommended spare parts for first-year operation. For turnkey lines, the proposal includes a system layout drawing and integration scope.

Standard configurations are quoted within 48 hours of requirement confirmation. Custom builds requiring mechanical design work are quoted within 3 to 5 business days. We do not issue ballpark figures — every quotation is a document you can take to a purchasing decision.

05

You Confirm and We Begin Production

When you confirm the order, we issue a proforma invoice and begin production scheduling on receipt of the deposit. You receive a production confirmation with the estimated completion date and shipping window. During production, we send photos or video updates at agreed milestones — factory acceptance test footage is standard on all orders.

Lead time for standard configurations is 30 to 45 days. Custom builds run 60 to 90 days. We confirm the exact timeline in writing at order confirmation. If production runs ahead of or behind schedule, we tell you early — not at the last minute.

After the Order: What You Can Expect

Complete Documentation Package

Every machine ships with an operation and maintenance manual, electrical schematics, spare parts list with OEM part numbers, CE technical file, and a commissioning checklist. Not as extras — as standard.

Remote Video Commissioning

Included at no charge with every order. Our engineer walks your team through installation, first start-up, calibration, and operator training via live video call. Available in English and Mandarin.

Direct Maintenance Support

After commissioning, you have direct access to the applications engineer who handled your order — not a general support inbox. Spare parts are quoted and dispatched within one business day for standard items.
